Dance
to the Authentic Sounds of the Sixties
on
Saturday June 2nd at 7.45pm
Following
the success of the recent sell out evening with Alan Price and his band, featuring
the great Zoot Money, we are now planning to host yet another special evening
of music from that same splendid era and are delighted that top local group, The
Radiators have agreed to raise the temperature and provide entertainment for the
evening in aid of the air conditioning project, Barn Cool.
Well
known around Surrey and Sussex but at the Barn for the first time, The Radiators
is a five piece all male band fronted by Rob McCarthy, singing pop hits from Elvis,
Cliff, The Stones, Manfreds, Van Morrison, Georgie Fame and many more, including
of course the ever popular Beatles.
Rob's
versatile vocals faithfully evoke the excitement of the original artiste's performances
and if you lived through, or wish you had lived through that exciting time in
pop music, you'll love this band. They are a superb professional and talented
group whose musical experience playing these great songs spans four decades so
why not get a taste of their music now on www.theradiators.co.uk.
Saturday
June 2nd is the date not to be missed and tickets and information are available
now from 01959 561811. After 21st May tickets will be available from Ibbett Mosely
in Oxted on 01883 712241.
