A Crichton Dramatic Club Poster from 1926

Ernest Alvia "Smokey" Smith VC from the Seaforth Highlanders of Canada who was billeted in Limpsfield and used the Barn Theatre canteen during World War II. He won the VC at the River Selvio in Italy on 21/22 October 1944.
