AUDITIONS

The following parts will be auditioned on SUNDAY 12th JANUARY Starting at 10:00 Finishing by 12:00 at The BARN THEATRE

EMCEE Master of ceremonies, a bizarre figure with equally bizarre makeup. Would be interested to see an original characterisation, able to involve the ‘audience’ Playing age 25 - 35

SALLY Rather pretty in an ‘odd way’ more striking, sophisticated and at times child like. She has an irresistible charm to the extent that can be manipulated and has been by men. Her roots are in Mayfair, playing age 20 - 25

CLIFF Pleasant looking, reserved, intelligent, impressible, his sexually could be in question playing age 25 - 30

ERNST LUDWIG He is German friendly and likeable to start with but hardens as his Nazi tendencies surface playing age 25 - 35

FRAULEIN SCHNEIDER A German Jew runs a guest house has seen better times but is full of optimism, interested in those around her probably indestructible playing age 55 - 65

FRAULEIN KOST A woman happy in her work fortifying German sailors with their ’spiritual needs' playing age 30-35

HERR SCHULTZ He is also a German Jew warm and cheerful with a few agrees and pains dresses neatly and would benefit from a women to look after him Playing age 55 - 65
